My client, a well-respected firm in Dorking, is seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing department.The Firm:This is a client-focused, progressive firm known for providing expert legal advice across a wide range of sectors. Their Corporate Commercial department advises a diverse array of clients, from innovative start-ups to established businesses, across various industries.The Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 1+ years of post-qualification experience to join a dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters while working alongside experienced lawyers. You will be involved in high-quality legal work, assisting clients with complex transactions and offering practical legal advice in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and corporate restructuring transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, and terms of business.
  • Providing advice on corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Supporting senior team members on larger transactions and complex matters.
  • Researching and advising clients on compliance, regulatory matters, and legal developments.

Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE in corporate and commercial law.
