Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join our friendly and experienced team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-qualification experience in residential property law, although we welcome applications from solicitors with varying levels of experience. This is a predominantly office-based role, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Support with wills and powers of attorney matters as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law (preferred)
- Experience in wills and powers of attorney is advantageous
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
