Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join our friendly and experienced team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-qualification experience in residential property law, although we welcome applications from solicitors with varying levels of experience. This is a predominantly office-based role, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support with wills and powers of attorney matters as needed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law (preferred)
  • Experience in wills and powers of attorney is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
