- Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions
- Manage ID checks, client documentation and searches
- Liaise with clients and support case progression
- Help improve efficiency and client experience
- Perform general administrative duties across the department as required
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Either be a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal specialising in Conveyancing
- Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
- Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
