Job Description:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supporting managers with scheduling jobs
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Organising schedules, managing diaries, and booking appointments
  • Processing key documents including reports, invoices, and quotations
  • Contributing to targets and continuous improvement

Person Specification:

  • A positive, proactive mindset - ideal for a college leaver, graduate, or early career professional
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
  • Confident with IT and comfortable working with systems and documentation
