- Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with 3-8 years PQE
- Contractual disputes
- Professional Negligence claims
- Company disputes
- Insolvency
- Cross border disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession claims
- Neighbour disputes
- Service charge recovery
- Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales 3 - 8 years PQE
- Strong advocacy experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development experience
