A great responsibility has arisen for an office manager to join a small, yet well established and growing company in the financial services sector. This is a crucial role to ensure the smooth operational running of the business office.
Your role will involve:
- Overseeing the delivery of general office administration
- Diary management and taking bookings
- Providing operational advice and support on business areas, where appropriate, to ensure high levels of quality are achieved throughout the business
- Ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet business aims and objectives
- Managing training and development to ensure the potential of individuals is achieved
- Managing the performance and development process to ensure consistency across the business
- Overseeing the provision of finance administration (fee & income Reconciliation) to support business needs
- Overseeing the provision of IT administration to support business needs
- Leading and supporting business projects to improve current practices
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets
- Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Previous experience in a similar office manager / administrative role.
- Experience in diary management is essential
- Experienced in MS Office
