Your new companyI am working with a local organisation to recruit a temporary HR Coordinator on a temporary basis. This role will support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR and Recruitment operations. You will get the chance to gain employee relations experience and broaden your HR and recruitment skills. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Your new roleMaintain and update employee records, adding information for new starters Support employee relations processes such as investigations, probation reviews, note-taking and exit procedures.Work with the HR Manager to support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboardingCoordinate interview schedules and liaise with hiring managersMaintain the applicant tracking systems.Support the induction process for new startersSupport with L&D sessions What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in recruitment and HR administration. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
