Technical Photographer 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Dorking
Salary: £28,000 £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am 5:00pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Photographer to join our Aftersales team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for precision and creativity to capture high-quality technical images that accurately represent our products.

You will work with professional photography equipment and industry-standard software to produce, edit, and maintain a comprehensive photographic archive. Attention to detail and technical accuracy are key in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality, technically accurate images using professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
  • Set up equipment, lighting, and backgrounds to meet specific technical and aesthetic requirements.
  • Edit and enhance images using software such as Adobe Photoshop, ensuring colour accuracy and image quality.
  • Organize and maintain photographic archives for easy access and reference.

What Were Looking For

  • Expertise in professional photography equipment and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of photography principles (composition, exposure, colour theory).
  • Proficiency in image editing software (Adobe Photoshop essential).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently.
