CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- A background working as a supervisor/assistant manager in coffee shops, restaurants or cafes
- A hands-on lead from the front approach
- An understanding of cost, budget and labour controls
- A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
- Excellent communication, supervisory and training skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to manage stock
CAFE MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Manage the cafe in a hands-on capacity
- Supervise and motive the team
- Help to control costs, budgets, labour and stock
- Give consistently excellent customer service
- Work with company systems, procedures and policies
