Aspiring Youth Intervention Worker – LSA Role - Education & Training

We’re looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work with young people in Dorking, particularly those with SEN and SEMH needs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups

  • Assist with behaviour and emotional regulation

  • Help deliver targeted interventions

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For:
  • Interest in youth work or intervention roles

  • Patient, empathetic, and a good communicator

  • Experience with young people (preferred but not essential)

  • Relevant qualifications (desirable)
