Location: Dorking (MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE!)

Rate: £13.84 (overtime anything over 40 hours in the week = £18.38)

Monday - Friday / shift pattern alternate weeks - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 8pm

About us

Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team. You will be a valued part of the ever-growing team and become part of a long-standing successful business.

What the job involves

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all the company’s inventory records are timely and accurately recorded.
  • Executing warehouse activities relating to goods receipt, goods put away, order picking, packing and shipping.
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure that the area of goods in and warehouse locations are kept clean, safe and tidy.
  • Ensuring the highest possible stock availability of Spares Kits and Assemblies including the maintenance of work instructions and process sheets.

Desirable Attributes

  • The ability to work within a friendly team.
  • A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
  • Forklift experience desirable but not essential
  • Previous warehouse experience is highly beneficial
  • Great attitude towards work
