Join our team at a picturesque luxury resort on a Scottish island, where tranquility meets culinary excellence. We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie, eager to contribute to our dynamic culinary team. This position is available as either a seasonal summer role or a full-time opportunity.
Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our exceptional standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in the planning and development of menus.
- Ensure the kitchen's operational efficiency while upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent dining experience for our guests.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must have a driving license and access to a car, due to the remote location.
