This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in retail sales management, ready to bring innovative and impactful strategies to our hotel operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new markets and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver effective promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct site visits and client presentations to showcase our venue.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail sales management, ideally with exposure to the hospitality or events sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
