Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join their team in a permanent part-time position (no remote working).

Job Title: Learning and Development Facilitator

Location: Dover

Salary: £12540 pa

Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 09.00 – 14.30

Learning and Development Facilitator Job summary

  • Working within the Learning & Development function you will support by delivering training needs, working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring training requirements are met.
  • You will assist the People Development and Talent Partner by booking training courses and updating online records ensuring compliance.

Learning and Development Facilitator Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above to include English, Mathematics and a technical/science related subject
  • Previous Learning and Development experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good stakeholder management with strong communication skills
  • Confidence using in-house systems or readiness to learn (Oracle)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
