GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified Cover Supervisor for immediate placement at Client Schools in Dover. As a Cover Supervisor Role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead classes in teachers' absence, ensuring students participate in pre-planned activities.
  

• Nurture a positive and safe learning environment through effective behavior management.
  

• Collaborate with colleagues to organize work and ensure access to necessary resources.
  

• Offer constructive feedback to teachers regarding attendance, engagement, and task completion.
  

Cover Supervisor role Requirements:

• Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, or a graduate aspiring for a career in education.
  

• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies (training provided).
  

• Readiness to undergo additional training for continuous professional growth.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and communication abilities.
  

• Initiative and adaptability to diverse situations.
  

• A thorough and verifiable work history.
