Trainee Day Programme Facilitator

Salary: £21,840 per annum

We are offering an exciting Traineeship Opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start a rewarding career in health and social care. As part of this traineeship, you will shadow an experienced team member, gaining hands-on experience, training, and guidance to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the role.
You will benefit from regular reviews to track your progress, personalised mentoring, and structured development. Alongside practical work experience, you will also study towards a recognised qualification (subject to eligibility criteria).
What You’ll Be Doing
During your traineeship, you will develop key skills and experience in areas such as:
- Planning and managing a caseload effectively
- Reviewing ongoing care and treatment in collaboration with healthcare and other agencies
- Co-facilitating groups and programmes to a professional standard
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary, integrated team
- Collecting and recording data for audit, research, and reporting purposes
- Carrying out assessments (risk/initial/comprehensive) to support tailored treatment journeys
- Delivering 1:1 sessions and facilitating group work/programmes
- Supporting through-care needs and helping clients develop meaningful recovery plans
