Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Clinical Manager to join our team at a large nursing home in Dover. The successful candidate will be a strong nurse, ideally a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), though Registered General Nurses (RGN) with a robust background in Dementia and Mental Health care are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of dementia and mental health residents.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the clinical team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for residents and their families, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and effectively.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and appraisal of clinical staff.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) preferred; Registered General Nurse (RGN) with relevant experience considered.
- Proven experience within dementia and mental health care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work supernumerary, providing strategic and operational support.
