Location: Dover, Kent
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Day-to-day

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key part in supporting students when regular teachers are absent. You’ll deliver pre-set work, manage classroom routines, and help maintain a calm and focused learning environment. Key Responsibilities for Cover Supervisor:
- Supervising classes across various subjects at KS3 and KS4
- Delivering pre-prepared work left by the class teacher
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting students with their learning throughout the lesson
- Providing clear feedback or notes for staff after lessons
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (2:2 or above) in any discipline
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply

This Cover Supervisor position requires a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection. All successful candidates will undergo all necessary background checks, including an enhanced child DBS.
