Description
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle employee queries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Calculate deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments as required.
- Assist with year-end payroll reporting and audits.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with additional administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Strong knowledge of Workday systems or similar payroll systems
- Ability to fulfill a start to finish Payroll process
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
