We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This temporary position offers the opportunity to manage payroll processes effectively within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Description

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Calculate deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments as required.
  • Assist with year-end payroll reporting and audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with additional administrative tasks.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Workday systems or similar payroll systems
  • Ability to fulfill a start to finish Payroll process
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
