Sales Administrator

Location: Downham Market

We are currently seeking an order processor to join a dynamic team in Downham Market on a temp-to-perm basis. Job Duties:

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online systems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with customers to confirm order details, resolve queries, and provide updates on delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time dispatch
  • Check product availability and stock levels
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of orders, communications, and transactions
  • Handle order amendments, cancellations, or urgent requests
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal procedures and industry standards

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent attention to details is essential
  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative position is advantageous
