Project Manager - Construction Sector

My client is a nationwide leader in Construction Services and Demountable Buildings. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and support the successful delivery of projects across the UK.

Location: East Anglia Hours: Full-time, 8:30am to 5:30pmSalary: Up to £50,000Benefits: Company car or car allowance, pension contribution, basic health support package, 28 days holiday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Oversee site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and health & safety standards
  • Support cost management and procurement
  • Produce and manage project documentation, RAMS, and construction plans

Candidate Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
  • Strong understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential
