Location: Driffield
Salary: £25,350
Staff Power is recruiting on behalf of our Driffield-based client for aCustomer Service Advisor.
As the first point of contact for customers, youll be responsible for handling sales orders, responding to enquiries, and helping build strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outbound phone calls, emails, and messages
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Answer product and company-related queries
- Share information on new products and promotions
- Provide quotes and check product availability
- Maintain customer records on the CRM system
- Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed
- Support the wider team with general admin tasks
About You:
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role (ideally in the food service industry)
- A clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
- Organised, accurate, and calm under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in excellent service
