We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives (3-4 positions available) for a well-established food production business based in Driffield (YO25). This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a role offering long-term potential.

About the Role:

You’ll be working as part of a team involved in preparing and assembling food products for distribution. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a clean, organised environment where attention to detail and food hygiene standards are key.

Key Details:

• Location: Driffield, YO25

• Pay: £12.30 per hour (paid weekly)

• Role Type: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidates)

• Start Date: Immediate

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:15pm
  (Some flexibility may be required – potential early start or later finish by up to 1 hour)

• Breaks: Two per day (one paid, one unpaid)

• Early Finish on Fridays

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or food-handling environment is preferred

• Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness in a food environment
