Part time HR Advisor - 22-24 hours per week

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the onboarding process.
  • Support with recruitment and best practises around recruitment.
  • Manage Employee Relations including disciplinaries and sickness.
  • Supporting managers with any potential change management.
  • Support with Payroll.

We are looking for:

  • Proven background in HR working as a true generalist.
  • Experience with Payroll.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Ability to build relationships with managers at all levels.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
