Machine Operator

We are now looking for a Machine Operator in the Droitwich area of Worcestershire to join their growing team in the Plastic moulding Industry.

This is a possible permanent possible after a successful trial period. Immediate starts.

Duties:

• Manual handling large plastic moulds up to 20kg -70kg
• Loading and unloading moulds into Mac3 mould machine
• Changing mould plates using hand tools
• Trimming excess plastic from completed moulds 
• Checking mould for defect
• Using a glue gun
• Reporting any production issues to Supervisor,
• Keeping working area clean and tidy
• Always adhering to health and safety 

Skills/Experience

• Mechanically minded.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the jobs.
• Background use of hand tools
• Knowledge of operating CNC machines
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and competently.

Hours of Work: 

• Monday – Thursday 5:45am – 1:45pm.
• Friday 5:45am – 10:45am.

Rate of Pay:

• £12.30ph
• Overtime Saturday £18.15 Sunday- £24.20ph
