NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Electrician
Salary around 48K, 25 days holiday, flexible working hours, private medical & pension
Responsible for the management of the electrical installation team, compliance of electrical installations acting as Qualified Supervisor ensuring alignment with NICEIC standards.
Requirements: an experienced Electrical Engineer - fully qualified, approved Electrician qualified to 2391 Inspection & Test ideally with Qualifying Supervisor experience.
The role
- Factory-based and commercial / industrial electrical installations in modular buildings
- Qualified supervisor ensuring electrical systems are installed to 18th Edition/BS7671
- Supervise inspection and test to 2391 and complete relevant documentation
- Quality management; Identify opportunities to improve quality, delivery, and process capability.
- Drive and support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, test procedures
- Technical Quality Support; Review documentation including procedures, inspection reports, certificates
- Manage NICEIC annual assessments
Requirements
- Significant experience as a fully qualified Electrical Installation Engineer
- Qualified to 2391 Inspection & Test - Essential
- People management experience
- Senior engineer / qualified supervisor experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence
