Job Title: Cold Forging Setter

I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Droitwich. Due to continued growth and increasing production demand, the business is seeking an experienced Cold Forging Setter to join its team.
About the Role
This position involves setting and operating cold forging machinery within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring machines are correctly set, production runs smoothly, and products meet strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating cold forging machinery
- Manufacturing semi-tubular and solid rivets
- Completing tooling changes, adjustments, and basic maintenance
- Monitoring product quality and making corrective adjustments
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures
Experience & Requirements
- Experience in semi-tubular and solid rivet manufacturing (essential)
- At least 1 year of machine setting experience (preferred)
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
