- Managing the purchase ledger function, including invoice processing and supplier payments
- Preparing and processing multi-currency bank payments
- Assisting with payroll processing and labour cost reconciliations
- Supporting general finance tasks including bookkeeping, cash control, and banking
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Previous experience in a similar accounts role
- AAT qualified or QBE
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting and payroll software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
