We are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician

We are currently looking to recruit a Laboratory Technician to join our Droitwich Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. The successful person will enable the Dairy with assuring quality performance through analysis, subject knowledge and testing performance whilst striving to continuously improve in line with the Müller values.  

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Salary: £31,011.21

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Location: Droitwich

Laboratory Technician key tasks:

  • Provide expertise through quality based testing and data evaluation
  • Demonstrate active involvement in solving problems / trouble shooting through data analysis and evaluation
  • Play an active part in building QMS capability across site
  • Responsible for laboratory tasks and management systems (5S etc)
  • Support and process confirms operations quality control responsibilities
  • Have a good understanding and play an active part within the performance management system (PMS)
  • Provide governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reports
  • Responsible for internal and external audit processes
