Semi Senior - Droitwich

Our client is a well-established firm of Accountants based near Droitwich. They supply bespoke accountancy, Audit and taxation services to all types of businesses and individuals.

The firm are currently seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their expanding team.

Semi Senior Role:

  • Assist the management team and Seniors with the compliance and delivery of their portfolios
  • Provide technical support to all team members as needed, contributing to overall team performance
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team, helping them grow in their roles
  • Preparation of statutory Accounts
  • Personal Tax

About you:

  • AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA part-qualified (QBE candidates also considered)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, with a proactive and team-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines effectively
  • Committed to delivering excellent client service and contributing positively to team culture
