Due to continued growth, the business is now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll play a critical role in supporting the full HR lifecycle-from onboarding to compliance-while contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and advisory support across all HR functions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Support probation reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure all HR compliance and legal documentation is complete and audit-ready
  • Coordinate and assist with recruitment activities, including issuing offer letters and contracts
  • Prepare reference letters and manage exit documentation
  • Review and update HR policies to remain compliant with the latest legislation
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure documentation aligns with internal quality management systems
  • Provide managers with relevant templates and guidance as needed
  • Support ad hoc projects, including compliance audits and data reporting
  • Stay informed of current HR trends and legislation to enhance internal practices

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' generalist HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial environment
  • Strong HR administration and documentation management skills
  • Confident managing recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a high level of professionalism
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident working autonomously
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
