This role is for you if you have previous IFA Admin experience and you're looking for a new challenge. The Role

As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will be working closely with the IFA Administration Manager and IFAs to provide an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service. During a typical day, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, effective, and proactive communication.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records accurately and efficiently.
  • Process all business in accordance with established processes and procedures, including collating AML documentation.
  • Identify training needs and coach team members to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Assist in the daily management of the team and liaise with operational teams to provide coaching, upskilling, and monitoring of processes and procedures.
  • Identify risks and breaches and assist in developing realistic and usable processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Handle general information requests, queries, phone calls, and invitations to planners, redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
