This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded regional law firm, offering genuine flexibility, first-class support, and clear progression to Partnership for the right individual.

You'll work closely with an established and supportive team of Partners and Associates, advising a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families with complex circumstances. This is a key area of growth for the firm, giving you the chance to help shape the development of their Private Client practice.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration

  • Guiding families through the administration of estates, often involving complex assets and cross-jurisdictional considerations

  • Preparing lasting powers of attorney and advising on Court of Protection matters

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing clear and empathetic advice

  • Offering technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team

  • Playing an active role in business development, networking, and raising the profile of the department
