- Manufacture, modify, and maintain press tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings and CAD models
- Operate and maintain manual and CNC machinery
- Conduct tool trials and support troubleshooting during production runs
- Liaise with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance
- Maintain strict quality and safety standards
- Proven experience in toolmaking, ideally within the automotive sector
- Strong understanding of tolerances, materials, and tooling techniques
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems on the fly
- Flexible to work either day or night shift, depending on your preference
- CNC machining or wire EDM experience is a plus
