Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Co-Ordinator, where you'll work closely with the Sales Director and team to provide outstanding administrative support while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key duties to include:
- Answering enquiries both internally and externally
- Managing day-to-day sales matters through our internal system
- Taking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriate
- Developing relationships with all customers and suppliers through regular communication, both written and on the phone
- Providing pricing and lead times where requested
- Processing incoming sales orders
- Day to day sales administration
- Answering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where necessary
- General office duties
