Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Co-Ordinator, where you'll work closely with the Sales Director and team to provide outstanding administrative support while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key duties to include:

  • Answering enquiries both internally and externally
  • Managing day-to-day sales matters through our internal system
  • Taking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriate
  • Developing relationships with all customers and suppliers through regular communication, both written and on the phone
  • Providing pricing and lead times where requested
  • Processing incoming sales orders
  • Day to day sales administration
  • Answering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where necessary
  • General office duties
