Conveyancing Assistant – SheffieldÂ
A highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in South Yorkshire is looking to add a Conveyancing Assistant to its busy Sheffield office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in residential conveyancing to support fee earners on a wide range of matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales and purchases
- Preparing, completing and maintaining documents in line with firm procedures
- Handling client enquiries and routine correspondence
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications
- Reviewing title and property documents and compiling contract packs
You will be organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported with full training and the firm encourages participation in formal development courses to support long-term career progression.
