Why you
- Proactive and communicative
- A good structural engineer and a developing or polished Associate, with a minimum of 8 years Irish and or UK market experience (promotion opportunity for Principal/ Senior Engineers)
- Manage and inspire a team/ sub team
- Project delivery, client management and development
- Hands on including design team and client meetings, some site visits and surveys
- Motivated to grow yourself and the company and to contribute to the operations of the office, including the marketing and work winning activities if this appeals
