Axon Moore are supporting a growing and forward thinking technology business in the appointment an Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for their Dublin site.


The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering financial insights to drive the financial performance and strategic decision-making of the company.

The role will include analysing financial data, developing forecasts and budgets, providing insights to senior management,and supporting business initiatives.


The key duties of this role Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role will include:
  • Leading on Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Conduct analysis into business performance
  • Identify trends, variances and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • Champion the integration of data and analytics into financial planning processes
  • Lead the development of robust financial forecasts and scenario models
  • Investment appraisals
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to communicate insights and influence business decisions
  • Support with the budgeting process across the business.
  • Identify financial risks to the business plan and mitigate these where possible.
  • Identify and implement improvement in FP&A processes.

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Proven experience as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager or within Finance Business Partnering
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What's on offer?
  • Salary circa 90000 Euros
  • 3 - 6 month assignment with the potential to extend.
  • Based in their Dublin offices but with Hybrid working
