Are you ready to lead large-scale finance transformation at one of the world’s most respected professional services organisations? Our client is expanding their Finance Transformation division in Dublin and is seeking an exceptional Director to help shape the future of finance for global businesses. In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders to reimagine how finance operates  driving agility, performance, and digital innovation. You’ll lead end-to-end transformation programmes, guiding teams through ERP implementation, performance management, and process optimisation to deliver measurable impact.

As a senior leader, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and inspiring diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. With your strategic mindset and strong communication skills, you’ll also help identify new business opportunities, shaping transformation strategy and driving growth for the practice.

We’re looking for proven track record leading complex finance transformation or ERP programmes, deep understanding of finance operations, reporting, and digital technologies. Ideal our client is looking for someone with qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, PMP or similar.

This is a client-facingrole, ideally our client is looking for experience working within the consultancy environment. This is ahigh-impact role offering the opportunity to make a real difference  shaping the transformation agenda for some of the world’s most recognisable organisations.
