Regional Data Center Program Manager - Europe Region

Location: Dublin

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for data center operations and network infrastructure? Join our team as a Regional DC Program Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our European data center network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a regional program to document best practices, processes, and procedures, and ensure their adoption across Europe.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive innovation in post-RNI (Ready for Network Install) activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and empower local teams to build and sustain robust network infrastructures throughout the campus lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align post-RNI processes and procedures across all regions.
  • Lead end-to-end network project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all data center operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the network space.
  • Partner with site management and third-party vendors to deliver new campuses and data centers reliably and efficiently.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in large, complex, cross-functional environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data center operations for enterprise-level organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, and Switching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in similar environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations.
