Location: Dublin (Can be based in the Belfast office with occasional travel to Dublin).

The company provides strategic planning advice with a strong commercial focus and has successfully secured approvals for projects across a wide range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner or Senior town Planner to join the Dublin office.

Applicants should hold an IPI or RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning and have at least 2 years experience. The role is based in the Dublin office, with flexible hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage planning projects and contribute to the coordination of applications and appeals
  • Prepare planning appraisals, development plan submissions, and related reports
  • Conduct planning research and analysis
  • Support a wide range of planning consultancy activities across multiple sectors

About You
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially aware, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
