A leading international contractor is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support a high-profile data centre development project based in Dublin. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of all site logistics for a major hyperscale development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the full site logistics strategy in coordination with project leadership.
  • Manage all site traffic, delivery scheduling, waste removal, and materials handling.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and enforce health & safety and site access protocols for logistics operations.
  • Coordinate logistics-related reporting, including KPIs, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Supervise a team of logistics operatives, ensuring high standards of site cleanliness, security, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
  • Previous experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of site operations, traffic management, and delivery coordination.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and logistics best practices.
