A leading international contractor is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support a high-profile data centre development project based in Dublin. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of all site logistics for a major hyperscale development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the full site logistics strategy in coordination with project leadership.
- Manage all site traffic, delivery scheduling, waste removal, and materials handling.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and enforce health & safety and site access protocols for logistics operations.
- Coordinate logistics-related reporting, including KPIs, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
- Supervise a team of logistics operatives, ensuring high standards of site cleanliness, security, and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
- Previous experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of site operations, traffic management, and delivery coordination.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and logistics best practices.
