Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer (Security Systems)

Location: Dublin

Pay Range/details: €53,000 per annum basic + on call allowance

Contract Type: Permanent

Omega are supporting a leading security and facility services company in their search for 2 Service Engineers. The primary purpose of a Service Engineer will be the service and maintenance of intruder, access control, CCTV, and Intercom systems.

Key Responsibilities - Service Engineer

• Undertake the service and maintenance of electronic security systems - as scheduled by our Service Manager.
• Ensure that Service and maintenance  works are completed on time.
• Carry out reactive calls as and when required.
• Manage your personal vehicle and vehicle stock
• Be a member of the out of hours on-call rota and standby rota when required.
• Comply with the Company Health & Safety requirements.
• Liaise with Electrical Contractors and Customers at a local and site level.
• Ensure all works are completed to an acceptable level in line with G4S standards and to the customers satisfaction.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner.
• Always maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Minimize waste and the effect on the environment as per company policies.
• Respond to all communications within an appropriate time.
• On call 1 once every 32 days.

Qualifications & Requirements - Service Engineer

• Have experience of Intruder, Intercom, Access Control, and CCTV installation, as well as experience of Integration of Security Systems.
