Our client is a successful plastic components manufacturer based in Brierley Hill seeking a Production Operative.
The role involves trimming excess plastic, basic assembly, machine operating, quality control, and packing goods for dispatch.
Candidates should be prepared to work rotating shifts, with morning hours from 5:40am to 1:50pm and afternoon hours from 1:40pm to 9:50pm.
The position offers a starting salary of £12.21 per hour, increasing to £13.75 per hour after 12 weeks.
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not explicitly required.

Our client are a successful plastic components manufacturer based in BrierleyHill.

Your duties as a Production Operative will include but not be limited to:

Using tools to trim excess plastic from components.
Basic assembly work of plastic components.
Machine operating.
Quality control and general inspection.
Packing and prepping goods for dispatch.
Working on the injection mould machinery.

Hours of work consists of both mornings and afternoons which will rotate each week.

Morning shift - (Monday to Thursday) 5:40am to 1:50pm & (Friday) 5:40am to 11:30am
Afternoon shift - (Monday to Thursday) 1:40pm to 9:50pm & (Friday) 11:20am to 17:30pm

12.21 per hour which increases to13.75 per hour after 12 weeks.
