Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties
- Fire door remedial work
- General carpentry repairs and installations
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
What you'll need:
- Experience in carpentry or a relevant qualification
- Proven experience in social housing maintenance
- Knowledge and experience of fire door remedial work
- Own van and tools
