Join Our Team as a Skilled Machinist
Location: Dudley | Job Type: Full-time| Department: Machine Shop

Are you an experienced machinist with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our machine shop team, where you'll be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components from raw materials using a range of processes including machining, welding, and pressing.

What You'll Do:
As a Machinist, you'll play a key role in supporting daily workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all work aligns with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.

  • Interpreting engineering drawings, technical documents, and CNC programs.

  • Setting up, operating, and adjusting machine tools to produce precise components.

  • Programming, editing, and proving CNC machines as needed.

  • Measuring and inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Taking ownership of your work with minimal supervision, delivering high levels of accuracy and quality.

  • Actively contributing ideas to improve processes, solve challenges, and enhance overall productivity.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with CNC programming and manual machine tools.

  • Expereince Programming Siemens and /or ProtoTRAK
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-standard work.
