Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive for our client's team located in Dudley.
Candidates must have previous experience in a sales or account management role.
The position involves providing quotes, following up on quotations, updating the CRM, and upselling products.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, with one Saturday morning shift every seven weeks.
The salary for this role is competitive, and interviews will be conducted as soon as possible.

We're currently recruiting for anInternal Sales Executive to join our clients busy team based in Dudley.

Previous experience within a sales/account management role is essential.

Our client is a leadingspecialist distributor, providing a range of quality industrial products to marketsincluding automotive, aerospace and manufacturing.

The role will involve:

Providing quotes to customers via phone & email
Ensure quotations are followed up
Updating the CRM
Upsell associated products where appropriate
Ensure orders are accurately actioned
Work closely with colleagues to ensure the sales department runs smoothly

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
1 in 7 Saturday mornings 09:00-12:00
