The role
- Based at a busy manufacturing facility
- Mainly PPM's and continuous improvement projects, but with reactive maintenance when required
- Working on equipment such as furnaces, conveyors, rollers, and cutters
- Working closely with the production team and contractors
- As the only Engineer on shift you will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance
- 3 shift pattern, alternate AM, PM, and Nights (39 hour week)
What you need
- 18th Edition
- Min Level 3 NVQ or C&G in an Engineering discipline
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Both electrical and mechanical skills
- Experience of fault-finding/ editing of PLC's
