Early Years Leader (EYFS)

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent a primary specialist, Early Years Leader (EYFS) for a Dudley based multi academy trust. We are supporting a MAT with their search for an EYFS specialist for a leadership job to work within one of their West Midlands based primary school sites for an ongoing, temporary job. We are working directly with the CEO who would like us to find an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Leader (EYFS) to support their team from October half term onwards.

We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years’ worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions. 

This primary school-based, EYFS leadership job is offered on a full-time, temporary basis to start immediately or from January 2026. The role will include both teaching responsibility and leadership duties to match your skill set.

A relevant UK based qualification.
Substantial experience working within an early year’s education setting.
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.

Salary: MPS/UPS plus a TLR (To be negotiated)
